Vigilant ™ Screen Shots
The Vigilant Menu Bar is designed to mimic the chronological sequence in which the evaluation and processing of a transaction is administered. All transactions are managed from a "Work Flow Management" window, which includes a high level summary of a transaction's progress and a comprehensive list of specific details.

The “Workflow Management” function consists of nine pages of links within the system to financial and legal due-diligence templates, financial tables, reviews, and legal documents. Items can be added or removed from the Workflow Management template on a deal by deal basis. The Workflow function ensures transparency and increases awareness of the status of certain tasks, whether or not they are performed internally or by third parties e.g. outsourced legal or auditing counsel.

The system provides 25 financial reports that are automatically created using benchmarks of a company's historical performance, and can be adjusted by the user for sensitivity analysis. For companies that have no historical data, financials can be created using the system's budget and capitalization templates. The system provides reports for up to five years of historical and projected data. The report below is and example of a five year projected Financial Highlight.

There are multiple summary reports for a transaction from which the user can select, depending on the type of investment. The report below is an example of a leveraged buy-out summary report.

The system provides publicly traded comparative analysis functionality which can provide real-time transaction reporting. Entering in only the ticker symbol of a publicly traded stock will provide the metrics illustrated below.

The document generation function of the system enables the user to create and then manage legal contracts for a transaction. The menu below shows the boiler plate contacts that come with the program.
