Acadia Capital seeks to acquire or invest in companies with strong management teams that can increase growth or profitability through acquisitions, use of new technology, expansion into new markets, or implementation of cost saving initiatives.  Optimal candidates include companies with owners seeking growth capital, liquidity, or a strategic financial partner.  

Investment Criteria

·   Revenues:               $2 to $50 million  

·   Target Investments: Manufacturing, Industrial, & Clinical Laboratory Sectors

·   Industry Dynamics:  Fragmented

·   Management:           Must be a strong team willing to co-invest

The system, Vigilant™, provides a transparent platform to both audit and manage a private company, and is used for the benefit of  Acadia's corporate finance clients and its own private equity activities.
